| Grate magnet are constructed from magnetic filter bar ,stainless steel and have a satin finish, then fixed onto a framework.The magnetic filter bar is made of permanent magnets and stainless tubes with special magnetic circuit. When liquor containing iron/steel substances passes through the framework, the iron/steel substances will be attached onto the surface of the filter bars.These units are used for separating iron/steel substances in liquor and apply in various fields such as chemical industry,medicines,sanitation, textile, smelting,machinery and foodstuffs,etc.So that your equipment and facilities will be in a good state and products will be safe . |

between to magnetic bar is 1 inch, 1/2 inch also can be provided on
request.
5. Constructed of SS304 & SS316 casing tube and casing frame, it
is equipped with high density Ceramic 8 magnets and high-energy Rare-earth magnets to suit your
application.
6. 90 degree angle baffles and Dia5mm round SS bar can be
attached to the grates on request.
7. Easy-clean type can be provided on
request.
8. All the magnetic bars are waterproof.
