Pot magnets are constructed of powerful magnets encased in plated steel bases. Because of their exceptional economy high holding power and compact designs, these magnetic bases are perfect for a number of applications. Can be used for positioning, holding or handing inspection equipment, indicator gauges, lamps, antennas and more. It is recommended that the contact surfaces of the piece of work should be kept free of contamination enable to guarantee reliable operation.

Technical Date

Alnico Pot Magnets

1、 Up to 450° C; - 'Real fire-eaters' with high temperature resistance capacity.
2、 Housed in a steel pot with an intermediate layer of non-magnetisable material (brass or aluminum).
3、 Can be applied at temperatures up to 450° C, though a decrease in force between 30 to 40% must be taken into account. The decrease is automatically recovered once the pot magnet returns to room temperature.
4、 Fastening - pressed, glued or screwed.

Ceramic Pot Magnets

1、 Upto 200° C - applied for a wide range of applications.
2、 Fixed in a steel pot, which screens off the magnetic field.
3、 Its limited interior dimensions offer structural advantages.
4、 The Ceramic magnetic material is low priced.
5、 Applicable at temperatures of up to 200° C.
6、 Fastening - pressed, glued, screwed.
